Welcome to Rubhouse Rebel™. By visiting our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to place an order.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are handmade under New Jersey’s Cottage Food Program.

  • Because our products are food items, availability may vary and small variations in blends may occur.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Food items cannot be returned once opened.

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@rubhouserebel.com within 7 days. We will work with you to make it right.

5. Shipping

  • We don’t ship. Not because we can’t figure it out, but because the great state of New Jersey says no. For now, every blend stays local, hand-packed, and picked up at 37 Cindy Lane, Emerson, NJ 07630.

  • When the rules change, we’ll be the first to break the seal. Until then, come get it. The flavor’s worth the drive.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including logos, product names, and images, are property of Rubhouse Rebel™ and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rubhouse Rebel™ is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages arising from the use of our site or products. Customers should review ingredient lists before purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
