It all started at a Penn State tailgate on September 7, 2019.

I had the steaks. I had the grill. I had the crew, the energy, and a trunk full of food. What I didn’t have? My damn seasonings. I left the whole box back at the RV. So there I was, tailgate fired up, hungry crowd waiting, and no flavor in sight.

I grabbed a bowl and went rogue. I started bouncing tailgate to tailgate like a mad scientist, collecting spices from strangers. To this day, I couldn’t tell you what went into that mix, but I can tell you those potatoes were the best we ever had. It probably helped that we finished them with a splash of Jameson.

That moment lit a fire. Why was I dropping cash on other people’s blends when I could make my own? I started experimenting. Backyard barbecues turned into taste tests. Tailgates turned into cooking gigs. People weren’t just eating, they were raving. Before I knew it, I wasn’t just showing up to the party, I was being invited to cook.

That’s how Rubhouse Rebel™ was born. A no-rules, full-flavor, fire-it-up kind of brand for people who don’t follow recipes, they follow instincts.

I’ve never been one to color inside the lines. I don’t care how “it’s always been done.” I’m not a follower. I’m the guy leading the charge, sleeves rolled up, grill blazing, doing it my way. Misspeled and unmatched.

We don’t sell seasonings.
