At Rubhouse Rebel™, we take pride in delivering bold flavors and clean, handcrafted blends. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you’re not happy with what you received, contact us at orders@rubhouserebel.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or finding another solution.

We stand behind every shake of seasoning we sell. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance. Pre-orders placed today will begin shipping between October 25 – November 1, 2025. Your payment is collected at checkout to secure your order. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you immediately.
